By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Eni's Nails if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. All material on this website is owned by Eni's Nails and is protected by intellectual property laws.
2. Services
We provide professional nail care services including manicures, BIAB, and extensions at our salon located in Kempston. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Treatment times and results may vary depending on the condition of your natural nails.
3. Bookings and appointments
Appointments can be made via our website booking system. Please ensure all contact details provided are accurate so we can confirm your booking. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
4. Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment is due in full upon completion of your service. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Our Loyalty Card offers a £5 discount on every 5th visit, provided the same contact details are used for booking.
5. Cancellations and No-Shows
We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice.
6. Liability
Eni's Nails is not liable for any allergic reactions or damages resulting from the services provided if you have failed to disclose relevant medical conditions or allergies prior to your treatment. Please inform us of any sensitivities beforehand.
